Based on Key Club’s core values of fellowship, leadership and service, the Global Leadership Certificate Program is a valuable training resource to help you maximize your impact as a servant leader.

The program is a deep dive into core leadership topics, including inclusion, empathy, resilience, self-awareness,  vision, critical thinking, communication, volunteerism, civic engagement, and being an agent for change.

After the release of the pilot program with three courses in the 2020-21 program year, this year the program will feature 39 courses, including 22 courses that will be available in November. The courses are self-paced and can be accessed at any time online at no cost for active Key Club members in clubs in good standing. Each course has been reviewed and is designed to be engaging and educational, featuring videos, slides, assessments and resources.
