Past Key Club International leadership experience:

During the 2022-23 service year, I served as a member of the Key Club International Council as the Pacific Northwest District governor. As district governor, I helped oversee 35-plus divisions through the Pacific Northwest, supporting our lieutenant governors and club officers. My main priority as governor was supporting our rural clubs through hybrid events and localized service project ideas. Prior to that, I was my home club’s president, where I helped our club triple our membership.

Why did you decide to run for the international board?

I wanted to run for the Key Club International Board to help uplift club voices on the international level. As a past club president, I know how important it is for us to listen to our clubs’ needs and be sure the work we do reaches our clubs. By having more opportunities for input and by working more closely with our district leaders, I’m confident we will meet all our clubs’ needs.

What are you most looking forward to this year?

I’m most looking forward to meeting people! I’ve loved every minute of spending time with Key Club members from around the world — and getting to learn from them. I can’t wait to expand my reach and knowledge.

What is your favorite Key Club memory and why?

My favorite Key Club memory is definitely my district convention as governor. It’s where I finally saw the impact of my hundreds of hours of work as governor, and I got to see so many people come together to celebrate service. District convention is truly an experience like no other!
